While we strive to ensure you love every vintage costume and accessory, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy is designed to be straightforward and fair, just like our commitment to your privacy and satisfaction.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beards & Moustaches (due to hygiene considerations)
- Animal Masks (for health and safety reasons)
- Any opened or used costume accessories
- Personalized or custom items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
The Return & Exchange Process
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please do not ship items back without this authorization.
Securely package your item(s) including the original packaging and tags. Include your Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Exchange items will be shipped using our standard shipping methods once the return is processed
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
