We ship globally to bring the fun of Spooky World to your doorstep, though we exclude some remote areas and parts of Asia for logistical reasons. Once you place your order, here’s what to expect:

  • Order Processing: Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details once it’s on its way.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for fast and reliable delivery. Shipping costs $12.95, and your order will arrive within 10-15 days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. This option takes 15-25 days after shipment to reach you, perfect for planning ahead!

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every item from Spooky World, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our returns and exchanges process is simple and designed with your convenience in mind.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Include the original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by your proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect:

  • Beards & Moustaches: Due to hygiene considerations, these items are final sale.
  • Animal Masks: For health and safety reasons, these cannot be returned once opened or used.
  • Any opened or used costume accessories.
  • Personalized or custom items (e.g., customized Christmas T-Shirts).
  • Sale or clearance items (unless they are defective).

If you receive a defective or incorrect product from these categories, contact us immediately, and we’ll resolve it quickly.

The Return & Exchange Process

Follow these easy steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Submit Your Request: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to include all necessary details. We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions—please don’t ship items back without this authorization.
  2. Package and Ship: Securely package your item(s) with the original packaging and tags. Clearly write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
